The following policy applies to purchases made on steelflex.com or steelflex.ca only. Other retailers of STLFLX™ brand products have their own policies to which they adhere.

Returns

For safety and hygiene reasons, there are no returns or exchanges on any purchases of STLFLX™ products and Personal Protective Equipment.

Warranty Policy

We warrant our products to be free from material and/or manufacturing defects. There is no implied timeline; however, worn out products are not considered defective. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact Hugh Fox, Sales Manager at hfox@swencolimited.com for warranty approval. We may request a photo or the return of the product to confirm defect.
